UAV Base Station (Pseudo InfraRed (IR): Black-hot)
This is the pseudo infrared counterpart of the 'UAV Base Station (Color)' image. The system may switch between color and infrared images on the fly. When in InfraRed mode, the system is also capable of switching between white-hot and black-hot mode. The system is in 'black-hot' mode, where warm objects are mapped to the black (dark) end of the grayscale spectrum. The vehicle tires are warmer than the environment. Virtual InfraRed camera scan lines are also superimposed on the image.

The virtual UAV takes off from the high detail virtual base station that consists of a runway (with arrestor hooks for landing), a communications vehicle with dome antenna (left), and a command center consisting of mobile command units (middle) as well as tents (right).
