Reality-based Landscape (1) (Color)
This virtual landscape shows the Western Cape Peninsula at the southern point of Africa, with the Simonstown harbor-city in the foreground. The landscape was constructed using grid-based height data, Landsat satellite photographs, color aerial photographs and electronic maps.
